Dear Partners:

We have set up a video conference meeting for all partners on August 19, 1999, from 9:30-11:30am. The conference will be held at the Department of Information Services Washington Interactive Technologies sites in Lacey, Seattle, Spokane, and Vancouver. The selection of these sites is based on past attendance. Directions to these sites can be found on the Internet at http://www.wa.gov/dis/interactive/videoconf/locations.htm. RSVP: please let me know which site you will be able to attend at least 48 hours in advance; if a site appears that it will not be used then I will cancel it to get a partial refund. This meeting is coordinated with the Framework Management Group video conference on the same day. The agenda is attached and also posted to the partner web site. If you need to get your access id and password to the web site then please let me know. We have been making good progress on the integration procedures and planning. I look forward to seeing you all.
