Subject: Cadastral Framework Project contributions from September 1998 to March 1999.

Dear Partners:

I am preparing for the midterm report to the Federal Geographic Data Committee next week, 5/18/99, and I need to gather more information on partner contributions and anticipated contributions.

How much time and money have you spent on the Washington Cadastral Framework Project from September 1998 to March 1999? (I would appreciate information on contributions after March, also, but please keep it separate.)

The events that you may have participated in during Phase 2 include:

1998/11/18 General Partner Meeting

1999/02/03 Integration Pilot Meeting

1999/03/03 Integration Pilot Meeting

1999/04/07 Integration Pilot Meeting

1999/05/05 Integration Pilot Meeting

Various Information meetings on the Cadastral Framework Project

Review of WCF Partnership Agreement

Review of integration progress

Work on integration

Project evaluation

How much time and money do you anticipate spending on the Washington Cadastral Framework Project from June 1999 to September 1999?

Planned events include:

1999/06/15 General Partner Meeting

1999/07/14 Integration Pilot Meeting

1999/08 General Partner Meeting

Signing of WCF Partnership Agreement

Review of state integration plan

Work on integration

Project evaluation

Funding of distribution

The Cadastral Framework Project needs additional financial support. We will probably not be able to support the database administrator who has been working on the project past the end of June. How much of a direct monetary contribution can your organization make to the project? What time and deliverable conditions would be attached to your contributions? (Please keep these conditions within the scope of the project - Internet distribution and integration of cadastral data.)

We are holding a General Partner Meeting on June 15, 1999 at 9:00am - 4:00pm in the Natural Resource Building, Room 172. The agenda is attached. We will be discussing the integration pilot development, the development of cadastral objects and software in ARC8.1, and the direction of the project.

Thanks,

Greg
