Subject: Framework server upgrades

As scheduled, the framework server was down all day on Wednesday 3/24/99, for upgrades of the operating system, Internet server software, ArcView, database management system, and the spatial database system. Thank you for your patience. In addition to the software upgrades, a new data extract of PLS has been loaded and is ready for downloading today.
