Dear Cadastral Framework Partner or Interested Participant,

At our partner meeting on November 6, 1997, it was decided that the Washington Cadastral Framework Project needs to be broken up and identified by project phases. The first phase will run along the same timeline as our Federal Geographic Data Committee (FGDC) grant. It was also decided that I would put together phase 1 draft requirement documents for partner review.

As a result, I have attached the DRAFT requirement documents for phase 1 of the Washington Cadastral Framework Project. Please review them and respond to me with any comments, concerns, questions, or changes. I need to have all feedback by Friday, December 5, 1997. After this date, final changes will be made to the requirement documents and we will move into the design stage. You can provide feedback to me via e-mail or regular mail at the following address:
